What would you do if you had the opportunity to start a company and that someone else had the same idea, but you beat him? Nearly twenty years ago this happened to a teacher who wanted to become entrepreneurs.

James had two choices: he could in the competition against his opposition to go and try to beat them, that would be a struggle for a limited market, or he could wait to see what he has learned from its competitors and a decision to do what would lateron.

A year later, there was no competition. His rival had ceased. James decided to start his business when he bent his competitor. He is still running his business and was able to establish himself financially for life. He did what too many small business man hours long, but can not be achieved.

Sometimes it pays to wait and see what happens and further investigation into what is happening around you, rather than rush headlong into a catastrophe.

Here isStory of a man who decided to look into franchising. The franchise was only open in a new country and John answered an ad looking for interested parties to have national rights. As it happened, John was given the first option. After initial discussions, John said that he needed to think. The morning after the franchise contacts him and says how national laws.

Six years later, John decided one of BuyS franchise for a little 'less than what he could for the rights of national franchises have acquired. John then spent the next four years to work seven days a week to basically earn a reward. Finally burnt out and John. When searching for something else to do, John regretted every day that he did not accept the possibility that national law, when given the opportunity to buy.

What can we learn from James and John?

One could say that John James was lucky andbad luck.

Ironically, James had to take the plunge and try to pull his opponent decided he would lose his entire capital. But John had the opportunity to invest in the management of national rights to the hit franchise, is not it time to regret the lost opportunity.

The real difference between these two budding entrepreneurs new James what he wanted, and John was not sure. James not only know what he wanted, he also tried his market and knew it was onlyenough space for a player in its niche.

If you are ready to be pleased with your heart, you, because it creates the possibility, if he does, even if you think you have lost your chance to sell to become one.

This is a universal law that some three thousand years ago with these words he would say: "Cast your bread upon the waters, and many days I find."
